All payments made to Replyio — including, but not limited to, monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, plan upgrades, add-ons, and credit purchases — are final and non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, the corresponding amount will not be refunded, in part or in full, under any circumstance.

You can cancel your Replyio subscription at any time directly from your account portal. To cancel, simply log in to your Replyio account, go to the Billing / Subscription section, and choose the option to cancel your active plan.

All Replyio subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle using the payment method on file, unless the subscription is cancelled from your portal before the renewal date. Charges incurred from automatic renewals are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue your subscription.
Where Replyio offers a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your account will be automatically converted to a paid subscription and charged according to the plan you selected. Charges resulting from such conversions are non-refundable.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Replyio account. We encourage you to reach out to our support team before raising any payment dispute so we can help resolve your concern.
Replyio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Temporary unavailability, maintenance windows, or interruptions to the Service do not qualify as grounds for a refund. We will, however, make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Service operational and to address issues promptly.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. By continuing to use Replyio after such changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised policy.
